What is the delivery time of Frontriemdesign browbands
All Frontriemdesign front straps are fully customized, custom and customized. After receiving your order and payment, we will endeavor to deliver all front straps within 7-14 working days . Should the delivery time take longer than expected, we will of course inform you of you. When placing a Front Belt Design Front Belt Order, the expected shipping date is always displayed.
Delivery stock items
If your order is in stock, it will be shipped to the specified shipping address within 1-2 business days of receipt of your payment. If you placed your order in the morning, they will often be sent the same day. If you pick up the order, you will receive a collective agreement.
iDEAL
Paying your orders at Frontriem Design is safe and easy with iDEAL. This way you have control and overview. This payment system is supported by all major Dutch banks. It runs through your own bank and is as familiar as your own private internet banking.
How does it work
Place your order in your basket and click on checkout. Then enter your address and make a payment. If you choose iDEAL, you will come in a simple payment procedure. Follow the steps indicated to complete the payment.
If your payment has been completed, the order will be processed. When the order is in stock, it is usually sent on the same day. In case of customization, the order will be taken immediately after the iDEAL payment.
Billink
FrontriemDesign offers the option to pay after payment. This runs through the company Billink. If you opted for this option, you will receive a digital acceptance giro from Billink in your email. If it's the first time you use Billink, there may be a limit of € 100.00. If you have used Billink more often, then the limit is € 200.00.
To approve your request to pay with a digital acceptance giro, Billink performs data checks. Billink has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. Should your request for payment with an acceptance giro unexpectedly not be authorized, then there is always a possibility to pay through a different payment method. AfterPay - Postpay (The Netherlands)
AfterPay performs the full postpay process for frontriemdesign.nl. This means that you can view and pay a paypay from AfterPay via the AfterPay App . With the AfterPay App you can easily and easily control this on your smartphone. In the MyAfterPay online environment, you can manage your payment overviews from your computer or tablet. AfterPay keeps you informed via push notifications & emails when a payment summary is ready for you. You can pay back at [webshop url] for an amount of € [1st Amount] if you pay for the first time via AfterPay. Are you familiar with AfterPay then you can pay for an amount of € [2nd amount]. Bank transfer
Do you like to pay by bank transfer? Then that's not a problem. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email containing the data. You can then transfer the money to the appropriate account. Once we receive the payment, we will send you an email confirmation and your order will be processed.
Are you not satisfied with your order? Within 14 days of receipt, you can return the order. This can be done online or through our stores. To sign up for a return request, go to your orders under 'My Account', select the orders you want to return one or more items to, click Return Items, then select the products and the reason for return and submit the request. We will then contact you.
If you opt for the online registration form, you will have another 14 days to return your product.
If your order is defective after 14 days, please check with Warranty Terms.
Can I trade "customized"?
For all custom items * it is possible that they can not be returned. These are made entirely to the customer's wishes. This applies to the Handicraft Terms and Conditions . If you are unhappy with the result, please let us know. Contact us via the contact form.
* Items that are customized include: Front strapDesign front straps, Plastron Unique plastic beads and Plastron Design plastrons.
Refund
Have you decided to return your order to us? Then we would like to receive your order in original condition, with packaging and completely complete. After we receive your returned order, the full amount will be paid to your account. This is the account with which you placed the order.
If we do not receive the order in original condition, you will receive 75% of the original purchase price.
We strive to deposit your purchase amount within 3 business days of receipt of your returned order. If this fails, you can rely on the amount to be paid to your account within 14 days of the return date.
The terms for returning products are for non-customized products. These products are subject to the 14-day legal notice period in which you can undo the sale. On ALL products that are customized and modified, they may not be returned. In this case, contact customer service.
Products ReTouring outside the period we do not handle in principle. Also, please contact customer service. Make sure your return is logged in at all times.
